Corporate Insolvency Manager

£45,000 to £60,000 + benefits

We are looking for an experienced Insolvency professional to join our growing business and be a key member of our team as we continue our growth.  The role would suit an experienced Insolvency Manager or Assistant Manager looking for their next step.

With a portfolio of complex cases, you will report to the Insolvency Practitioner and take the lead on a portfolio of cases

Key responsibilities include though are not limited to the following:

• You will be responsible for managing a team of up to 4 staff
• You will attend meetings with directors to advise on the right solutions for their financial distress
• You will liaise with directors both pre and post appointment
• Monitor job progress and costs, ensuring that work is delegated and that cases are progressed efficiently
• Identify risks and draw them to the attention of the Insolvency Practitioner
• Provide training to your team and ensure compliance is up to date
• Assist with the firm’s marketing activities

 Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years corporate insolvency experience, with a track record of managing cases and teams.
• An insolvency qualification would be advantageous but not a requisite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Ability to work well under pressure with excellent time management skills
• Drive and ambition to succeed within a boutique insolvency firm
