Insolvency Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and hard-working candidate to provide secretarial and administrative support to a growing team of professionals.

Key responsibilities include though are not limited to the following:

  • Preparing standard documentation
  • Answering and redirecting telephone calls
  • Drafting of letters to Government bodies and creditors
  • Setting up the Board room for client meetings
  • Greeting visitors as they arrive in the office
  • Scheduling departmental meetings
  • Managing office supplies
  • Potential client research
  • Client onboarding procedures

Successful Candidate

The role would suit someone with good organisational skills able to cope with a fast-paced environment and changing priorities. The following personal skills are essential:

  • Competent in the use of Microsoft 365
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to take ownership of tasks
  • Reliable and hard working

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected insolvency practice during an exciting period of growth and development within the insolvency sector.
The role is based in Saltcoats, standard hours are 35 per week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, competitive salary dependent on experience.
